Food and Emergency Outreach at First United Methodist Church
In keeping with our calling to serve God and our neighbors, the Food and Outreach Program of the First United Methodist Church of Conway, Arkansas, strives to provide food and financial relief to those persons who are in need.
Whoever has two coats must share with anyone who has none; and whoever has food must do likewise. Luke 3:11
Church volunteers who donate their time and resources make the Food and Emergency Outreach Assistance Program possible. Contact Melinda Adams or sign up at the hospitality desk if you would like to volunteer. Donations of nonperishable food items may be left in the grocery-shopping cart located in the hospitality area. We welcome any and all financial contributions. They should be identified as being for the “Food Pantry” or emergency “Outreach” in care of Margaret Taverner, Business Manager of Conway First United Methodist Church. Our food pantry is affiliated with the Rice Depot of Arkansas and the Benevolence Group of Conway.
